Leadiant Biosciences is managed by a team of executives with exceptional experience in the all different aspects of the pharmaceutical business, with special expertise in the development, registration and commercialization of rare disease products.
Paul Andreianu is a Company Director and the Head of Integrated Business Services at Leadiant Biosciences Limited, where he is responsible for the overall management of the GMP and GDP operations of the group in the United Kingdom, European Economic Area and the rest of the world.
Prior to joining the company, Mr. Andreianu held various roles within the pharmaceutical industry in the CEE region and later in the United Kingdom.
A member of the Royal College of Pharmacy (formerly Royal Pharmaceutical Society) as Pharmaceutical Scientist, Mr. Andreianu is a Qualified Person (QP), Responsible Person (RP) and Responsible Person for Import (RPi).
He holds a pharmacy degree (MSc) and an MSc in Clinical Pharmacy from UMF Carol Davila Bucharest and has completed several postgraduate studies in Management and Business Operations from OU Business School.
Dr. Alessandro Noseda is acting as the Chief Scientific and Medical Officer of the Leadiant Biosciences Group. He coordinates and monitors all the scientific and development activities, including the oversight of Medical Affairs function.
Dr. Noseda is a registered M.D. and possesses more than 30 years of demonstrated experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare and biotech industries, from the whole R&D and registration process of drugs, mostly in high medical need specialty therapeutic indications, including rare diseases, to the management of biotech companies as CEO/President and Board Member. He has been involved in the development from the preclinical to the clinical stage of several oncological and non-oncological products and, in various degrees, in the registration of products in different rare and non-rare therapeutic areas (e.g., among others, Pantoprazole, and more recently Revcovi® and CDCA Leadiant®), as well as that of in vitro diagnostics. He has also contributed to the value of important assets that have been successfully licensed out or sold to third parties.
Daniella Toncheva is a Company Director and the Head of Finance at Leadiant Biosciences Limited, where she oversees the company’s financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. She plays a key role in ensuring robust financial controls and full compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements, while supporting the business with strategic financial insight.
Mrs. Toncheva brings over 20 years of experience in finance, with a strong background across international organisations and the UK public sector. Prior to joining Leadiant Biosciences Limited, she held a range of finance roles where she developed deep expertise in financial management, governance, and operational efficiency.
Mrs. Toncheva is qualified chartered accountant. She holds a degree in Microeconomics from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia. She subsequently completed a postgraduate professional qualification with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, equivalent to a master’s degree.
